After contacting Martino, the company send two technicians, Kyle and Jordan out the very next day. They actually arrived ahead of time to do the repair. It was a difficult retro fit of a part on our furnace. They genuinely looked forward to the challenge and worked enthusiastically, carefully and efficiently to complete a very difficult job in just two hours. Martino has serviced my furnace and AC for a few years. Excellent service every time. Recently they went above and beyond when I was in a jam after having my gas meter replaced and a leak was found.
